| Found some wholesome gold players today! Posted: 28 Aug 2020 11:09 AM PDT I'm a bronze 2 who got teamed up with two gold 3 players, one gold 2 and one silver 2 player today. I usually don't select my agent and choose to face the ban rather than spoiling the game for higher ranked players in a situation like this. But they urged me to pick Sage and not worry about the game. These humans were so supportive and sweet and kept telling me to not worry about the game the whole time. I'm so used to getting scolded by higher ranked players that this didn't even make sense to me. We won 13-5 because of their skills but more than that they made my day by their kind words. Chances are they won't. Just had a game with a smartass "streamer" who was backseat gaming, and cribbing about how our team was hiding by site, and not pushing in with him. Dude, it's not competitive or anything, half of these people are blasting music anyways. The guy ended up bottom fragging with 1/7. | Posted: 28 Aug 2020 12:02 PM PDT Ex Jett main here. Been using Jett and the Op my entire grind from silver to gold. I'm your typical Jett player - shorty round 1, save round 2, Op round 3, rinse and repeat. It worked pretty well til I got to high Gold. Then I got hard stuck in Gold 3/Plat 1 - been here for around a month probably. I found myself just uncomfortable using any other gun. This is when the epiphany came - I suck at using any gun that is not the Op. Using a phantom and getting owned by a spectre is not a good feeling boys. So the past 2 weeks I tried to stay away from Jett and the Op (mainly used support characters - Sage/Cypher since my aim is not on point and at least I can still contribute to the team even if I'm not fragging out). Also, I started doing aim training (AimLab) - 30 mins to an hour every day. Guess what boys, I just got to Plat 2. [link] [comments] | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Seriously what the hell am I supposed to do against it. As accurate as Phantom, basically unlimited ammo, no damage dropout, accurate as fuck... I've gone from playing decently at high plat to going negative in low gold lobbies. I've taken breaks, upgraded my setup, started aim training, but every time I log on I feel like I do a little worse than the day before. Anyone else feel like this? It really fucking sucks.
