Bodyshots audio feedbacks are fake info. Posted: 20 Nov 2020 11:51 AM PST Headshots ding sounds are server's feedbacks. You won't hear it if this is not a real headhot from the server point of view. But bodyshots audio feedbacks are client side. That means the feedback is generated by your game client without waiting the server to confirm that you actually hit. It's really frustrating to hear 8 bodyshots, die, then see 3 hits. I even often stop shooting before the enemy dies. I don't know if this is because my connection is not the best. But this is 100% guaranted that bodyshots audio feedbacks are like tracers : client side. What is the difference between baiting and trading? Posted: 20 Nov 2020 07:32 AM PST I'm a breach main, and my understanding is that I'm supposed to flash my team in and clear corners with my aftershock. In a game I was playing recently I flashed and told my teammates to push, as I normally do, then my teams phoenix died, I got the trade, then pheonix yelled at me for baiting. The EU Esports scene is getting screwed over by Riot appointing a TO that runs the matches in a bo1 format. Posted: 19 Nov 2020 04:07 PM PST Today the second First Strike NA qualifiers started, hosted by UMGGaming. The second qualifiers have FOUR groups of 4 and all the matches are played in a best-of-3 format, losing a match will send a team to the lower bracket where they have another chance to redeem themselves in another bo3 match. Tomorrow the second First Strike EU qualifiers will begin, hosted by challengermode. The second EU qualifiers has no groups, are all bo1 matches with NO double elimination, meaning losing a single bo1 match means they're OUT of the qualifiers, no second chance, no bo3 matches beside the very last match, all the way up until this match all games have been bo1 (in total 6-7 matches of bo1 depending on seeding). How in the hell did Riot allow this to happen? Not only are the closed qualifiers (the ones tomorrow) bo1s but ALL of the matches in the open first strike qualifiers (4 in total) were full bo1s from beginning to the end, even the final decider matches to qualify for tomorrows closed qualifier were Bo1. To put it in perspective, in NA at the same stage the matches were Bo3 to qualify to this qualifier and every match from this point forward was also a bo3, all streamed. How is this remotely fair for the EU region? On top of this nearly NONE of the open qualifier matches were allowed to be streamed, no upcoming community talent were allowed to cast open qualifier matches. There wasn't a SINGLE steam for the open qualifiers, you had to hug websites to get a score of your favorite team. Every region has had bo3 in the decider open qualifiers, only the first initial matches in the open qualifiers were bo1 for these regions which is expected, but all of the EU matches are bo1s until the very last match of the second closed qualifier (a total of 7 from beginning to the end). submitted by /u/RustlingCattle [link] [comments]

What I want to see in patch 1.13 /s Posted: 20 Nov 2020 11:36 AM PST Updates that need to happen with patch 1.13 /s Omen: We already know that Omen has one of the lowest pick rates of any agents in the game. So I think a balanced buff would be the ability to phase through walls. After all, he is a ghost. right? Sage: Sage is way too broken in the current meta, it's quite evident she needs massive nerfs. I recommend that Riot lowers her wall down to 10hp in addition, her heal should be removed from her kit. (If all else fails let her resurrection be worth 50 ult points). Reyna: Reyna has a 99% pick in most ranked lobbies, however I personally think we can do better than that. The easiest way to buff her pick-rate in my opinion is to remove all other agents from the game. Judge: Now I know what you're probably thinking, "What changes does the Judge need?" Firstly movement inaccuracy should be eliminated with this gun. It's unbelievably annoying to not be able to run and shoot accurately. Another change is letting the Judge have infinite ammo. Gemerous random teammate Posted: 19 Nov 2020 03:16 PM PST So I was playing this Valorant competitive on Split. I was playing as Reyna and there was a sage in our team. After a couple of rounds I saw that the enemy team had dropped lots of guns with skins. After seeing them I texted the enemy team in the public chat complementing their skins and were they able to afford such awesome ones ( Valorant's in game purchasable skins are priced high ). Then at the start of the next round, the Sage from our team bought me a phantom with the singularity skin and traded with me. It was a kind gesture. Then the following round she traded with me a reaver Vandal. Eventually during the start of every round, she would trade guns with me and let me try some cool skins throughout the match. It made my day. As am not a good writer, I am unable to express how wholesome and wonderful Sage's generosity towards me felt.
